We would highly recommend Phoenix pools! From the first visit to the design, permitting and completion of our pool, Eric listened to what we said and came up with a beautiful pool! He was always available when we had questions. His team does an amazing job! The demo and construction teams were very respectful and very considerate. We love our pool and have Eric and his team to thank for it!

I am not one to do a whole lot of reviews but was completely satisfied and impressed with the job done by Eric and his team. From the beginning of the project, the communication was outstanding and even with rain and the challenges of COVID, this job was on team and very well done. We called a few companies out but as soon as Phoenix pools came out, my wife and I knew this was the right fit. There was never any pressure to add more to the project and the pricing was very good. This is the second time we have built a pool when we moved into a new house and I only wish we would have used Phoenix pools the first time as well. A huge shout out to Eric and his team from a very happy customer.

I can't say enough about Pheonix Pools and their entire team. I got 5 estimates and when Eric (my second) came out I was pretty sure I would be going with them. I continued on with the other estimates but there was something down to earth about Eric and there was no big sales pitch. I could tell he knew what he was doing. Little did I know that it would be Alex running the project and was awesome. He communicated all the time and was so kind, communicative and sincere. He helped me make decisions by giving me unbiased information and if I asked what he would suggest, he was always honest. I guess to keep this from being a novel I will say that the whole project was smooth, straightforward and without any major hiccups . I heard so many horror stories about the delays and how the crews would leave a big mess etc. I didn't experience any of this. Everyone that came to work on the project never left a mess. My neighbors were so impressed with how tidy my front and side yard was left and not demolished as they have seen with others. The project was on time and no added expenses. It was exactly as was in the contract with only added perks! I would highly recommend this company. Look no further! True professionals. Know their craft and do it well!
